On March 22nd, BBGs from across Long Island came together for an epic night of fun!! We had our annual regional BBG Late Night, and it was truly an event you couldn’t miss. This event is always my favorite, as I love getting to know people across our region better and even becoming “family”!!

To start, we had a lovely Havdalah service led by some of our very dedicated steerers who worked so hard to create the best night possible for us. After that, we had our big/little pairs reveal! Since the night’s theme was picnic, each person got a picture of a different picnic item with their name on it. Then, we had to find two more people with the same item!! Each group had one upperclassman big and two underclassmen littles. I was soooo happy to find my family!! This event is so special to me because it unites BBGs from all around our very large region.

Once we got settled in our families, we made, braided, and decorated challah! We had an assortment of delicious toppings to choose from, and everyone’s loaves turned out great. After the challah bake, we had some pizza and salad for dinner and hung out with all of our regional friends.

Next, we headed over to make some candy sushi and bedazzle. Candy sushi is always such a treat and I had so much fun making “rolls” with my friends. Yum! We each brought an item to bedazzle, so I brought a lip gloss. Bedazzling is so fun, and now every time I use my favorite lip gloss, I will think of how much fun I had making it with my favorite people! Finally, our amazing regional shuk committee made us each an adorable key chain to take home. What an amazing night!
