Support BBYO

"When I think of my BBYO family, there is a phrase that comes to mind to best describe BBYO and the impact it has made on my life: BBYO is My Heart And Home."
—Riley S., Mountain Region

Through BBYO, teens find belonging, discover their own connections to Judaism, and build the confidence and leadership skills they need to create the Jewish future they want to see. Your gift to BBYO not only enriches the lives of teens in your region, but in more than 740 BBYO communities worldwide, impacting thousands of young people today and strengthening our global Jewish community.

As our costs continue to rise, and demand for BBYO experiences grows rapidly, your donation makes a real difference in helping us reach more Jewish teens—while keeping our experiences affordable for every member.

Give Locally

Help us ensure that BBYO will always be a place in your community where teens can turn for connection and support, to explore their identities, and to build their own Jewish experiences. Program and membership fees cover just 50% of the operational costs in our local communities. Philanthropic support from parents, alumni, friends, and community members cover each region’s remaining costs, keeping Jewish experiences affordable and directly supporting scholarships, adequate staffing, and life-changing Jewish experiences that connect Jewish teens in your local community.

Celebrate #givingBBYOday 2026

On Tuesday, December 1, 2026, our entire Movement—teens, parents, alumni, staff, advisors, and friends—will unite for #givingBBYOday, raising than $1,000,000 in a single day to power meaningful BBYO experiences and leadership opportunities for Jewish teens across the globe. Your gift on #givingBBYOday directly funds programming in your region, supporting staffing, scholarship, and high-quality experiences that teens can’t wait to attend—enriching the lives of thousands of young people today while helping to create a strong Jewish future.

All teens, parents, alumni, and supporters are encouraged to create their own fundraising pages to share with their networks as a part of this special event. Make a difference for Jewish teens in your community by joining us this December on #givingBBYOday.

Make a Planned Gift

Making a planned gift allows you to align overall your financial needs with your philanthropic goals, ensuring your legacy for generations while supporting the long-term growth of an organization you care deeply about. Planned gifts and endowments established many years ago are still helping to sustain our Movement today.

Planned gifts can be made from your will, charitable trust, estate plan, retirement plan, or even life insurance policy. These gifts may support or launch a special BBYO initiative, benefit your local BBYO community, or help to strengthen BBYO in the areas where it is needed most. Planned gifts may take the form of:

  • Bequests (easily added to your will or estate plan)

  • A charitable gift annuity

  • A gift of appreciated assets

  • A gift of real estate

  • A designation in your retirement plan

  • And more

BBYO’s legal name for planned giving is B’nai Brith Youth Organization. Our EIN (tax ID) number is 31-1794932, and our legal address is 529 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20045. To learn more about the BBYO Legacy Society and making a planned gift to BBYO, please contact us at plannedgiving@bbyo.org. If you already have provisions for BBYO in your planned giving, make sure to let us know so that we can recognize your generosity appropriately throughout the year.
