Five Songs to Listen to if You Love Noah Kahan
Noah Kahan is the best. Since the release of his most recent album, Stick Season, Noah Kahan has been loved by teens across the Order. Folk, pop, or country, here’s a list of five songs to check out to live your granola dreams.
Lost in My Mind - The Head And The Heart
You may know The Head And The Heart from Rivers and Roads (a song that is sure to make you cry at the end of any BBYO overnight), but this song is some of the band’s best work. “‘You’re already home where you feel loved.’”
Burn, Burn, Burn - Zach Bryan
Zach Bryan is one of my all-time favorite artists. His music leans a little country for some of my friends’ tastes, but Burn, Burn, Burn is always a crowd favorite on a camping trip. Kick off your next grand hiking adventure with this song. “Let me feel it all / Joy, pain, and sky”
26 - Caamp
Caamp deserves so much more recognition than they get. This band’s entire discography is fantastic. Whether the grass is green or covered in a thick blanket of snow, Caamp has something for the moment. “We’re making the best of this life”
Jersey Giant - Tyler Childers
Tyler Childers is a fabulous artist. This song is technically unreleased, but there are many covers on streaming platforms that do the song its full justice. The version from Evan Honer and Julia DiGrazia is one of the best. “Never worried much at all / I miss those nights of reckless glory.”
If We Were Vampires - Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit
Noah Kahan and Wesley Schultz (from the Lumineers) did a cover of this heart-wrenching song. Give it a listen. Either the cover or the original is sure to pull at your heartstrings. “It’s knowing that this can’t go on forever / Likely one of us will have to spend some days alone.”

In the double portion of Behar-Bechukotai, God gave Moses commandments. Does BBYO fit into those commandments?
