YO YO YO!

Wow, it’s been a while. It’s great to be back here updating y’all. SooooOOOOOO, let’s get into it.

As a Grand Aleph Godol, I’ve been on the road this entire month (not for Passover though!). I started the month in NER, heading back home for Passover and then picking right up after the holiday to Dallas, Mountain, and Washington D.C.

In New England, I had the chance to attend their spirit convention where I met with teens from all over the region. We spent the weekend participating in various programs and activities, and I was struck by the level of commitment and passion that each of these teens had for BBYO. The cheer circles were louder than you could believe and I was also able to be there as NER elected their new regional board! Mazel Tov!

With a quick hop up to Dallas from Houston, I spent the weekend there at their J-Serve program where we made bags for special needs children going away to camp for the first time. It was so special meeting such great teens from all over Dallas come together to support their local community. Just like the over 7,500 teens around the world that went to J-Serve programs, Dallas teens made an impact on their world.

After a day back home, I went up to Phoenix before heading to Prescott, AZ to attend Mountain’s Spring Convention. It was great to be back in Arizona after visiting in September. Seeing the great teens I met way back at the beginning of the term and seeing how far they’ve come is always special. Not only did I get to meet some super cool teens (shout out Mylan from Las Vegas!), but I also got to see some great Mountain traditions. From Senior Songs to their Havdalah circles, this convention left an impact. Mazel Tov to the new Mountain regional board, I know you’ll crush it.

Currently, I’m in Washington, D.C. meeting TJ & Courtney with Avi & Moe as Presidential Transitions. This is a time where the current and future international presidents get together to help prepare and teach the incoming presidents about what to expect. After all, running a global movement isn’t the easiest walk in the part, but it’s so special watching TJ & Courtney vision their next year ahead.

I’ll end my month in Mid America at their Spring Convention in Omaha. I can’t lie, I’ve never been to Nebraska, so this’ll be awesome! I can’t wait to see the tense AZAA finale and get on the ground to meet MAR teens from Minnesota to Missouri. Stay tuned on @AZAGodol for the photos!!!

It’s also crazy to say this is the 2nd to last KeepingPace I ever right. As my term comes to an end, I can’t wait to look back at all of the amazing places I went and teens I met. P.S. - Keep in contact by following me at @LeviFox05!

Thanks for reading! See y’all soon!
