About Us

BBYO Australia Region is a dynamic and fast-growing community dedicated to empowering Jewish teens across the country. BBYO Australia offers young people the chance to develop leadership skills, explore their Jewish identity, and build meaningful friendships within a supportive and inclusive environment. Launched with the goal of strengthening Jewish teen life across Australia, the region now includes thriving chapters in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Canberra, with continued expansion on the horizon. Teens participate in a wide range of experiences, from local chapter programming and regional shabbatons to national initiatives and international opportunities such as BBYO International Convention and global leadership programs. BBYO Australia is committed to creating a welcoming space where every Jewish teen can connect, lead, and grow.
