Founders Fest falls at the perfect time in the calendar to run a ritual moment with your chapter. Learn more about each of these moments:

• Inductions Ceremony (AZA/BBG/BBYO) - Officially welcome your new class of members into BBYO.
• State of the Chapter - Gather your members for a moment for officers and members to report out on wins and opportunities for your chapter in the year ahead.
• Separates - Run a meaningful program that celebrates brotherhood, sisterhood, or siblinghood with a cheer circle.
• Life Ceremony - Send off seniors by giving them space to reflect on their BBYO experience and to impart wisdom to younger members.

Founders' Fest is the perfect moment in the year to celebrate how far your chapter has come.

New chapters, this is a great opportunity to take the next step as a chapter by applying for a Temporary or Permanent Charter. 

Established chapters, apply for a Celebratory Charter to recognize you strength and permanence.

All approved charters will receive an official copy in the mail or in person at a Summer Experience (depending on where you live).

Chapters can apply for program grants of up to $10 per attendee. You must apply at least two weeks before your program for consideration. The grants are only available for programs happening between April 22 and May 31.

Money transfers and reporting will occur after the program has taken place and the reporting form has been submitted.
